After updaing to build 14251, issue with IE 11 error as "There is a problem with this website's security certificate".

Questions About the Windows 11 Product Key

I am building a new PC and I want to install windows 11 on it. On Microsoft's website, I can download Windows 11 for free, or I could pay for a USB one, or I can pay for the Windows 11 Home (downloaded). If I download Windows 11 for free, how can I get a product key for the free version? If I do pay for Windows 11 Home USB, do they send me the product key digitally or do they physically send me a product key? If I pay for the Windows 11 Home (Downloaded) do I get to install that version of Windows 11 on a new PC and get the product key? I just want to download Windows 11 fast (I don't want to wait for a USB to physically ship to me).

I just want to download Windows 11 on a new PC and it's so incredibly confusing, any help is appreciated.
