Windows 10: I want a full refund of $74.97 AUD fo please?

I already paid for this in 2023 as a lifetime subscription for PDF X Pro but I had to agree to another charge this time using another accountrather than my original Microsoft account address. If practicable I would like to:a get a refund as I have paid for the same lifetime licence twice.b seek to transfer all Microsoft items in my original account and place instead in my current active account.

USD to AUD

Why does AUD cost more than it should compared to the USD price? I'm trying to buy State of Decay 2 from the Microsoft store and it costs $10 more than it should ($30 USD = $39.80 AUD but the store is marking it up to $50 AUD). I feel like I am being ripped
off. I was thinking about buying the ultimate edition, but now I don't even know if I want the standard, really disappointing.

I was charged $74 on June 25. I would like that refunded back. I cancel the auto pay that I did not know I had.
