    Battery not charging to 100 Percent

    I checked that and it looks like it says it is off

    It still says, battery is 80 percent, (plugged in, not charging)

    Battery not charging to 100 Percent

    had enabled the eco charge mode, which I am guess is in the Toshiba eco utility app that came with my laptop. It has been working fine. But I recently need to disable that mode so that I can charge my laptop to 100 percent and I can't seem to figure out
    how to do that.
    I turned off the Battery Saver like you said and I ran the power trouble shooter and the troubleshooter said that everything is fine. And now it says 80 percent available (plugged in, not charging). I have seen this before just don't remember what that meant.

    Battery not charging to 100 Percent
