Windows 10: I want a refund for my order on windows 11 home.

Never received an email with the product and there is no way to get it. Order history shows no way of getting a refund either! Contact number is also a robot that basically sends you back to the same stupid useless "have you done this?" Page. Absolutely zero help. The store page is soooo unusable and realllly terrible because it cannot provide advanced help on issues.

Windows 11 Pro Unable to Install - II need a refund ASAP on W11Pro.

I followed all directions exactly innumerable times. I believe incompatible with work system. Despite that under 'Order' - it does not give me an option to refund or replace - I find this outrageous.

I just ordered in 11/15/21.

How can I get in contact with a Microsoft Agent by phone (who cares) to assist me in getting a refund.

Any other suggestions are welcomed from Community too. Thank you!

I have followed the steps in order to get a refund for a digital game that i have recently downloaded yet when I enter my order history there is no option or button to request a refund. I have read over the terms and requirements in order to be eligible
for a refund (in which I am). Somebody please help.
