Windows 10: I want cyber link media suite removed from my computer

I have been trying to remove the Cyber Link Media Suite from My computer.

Windows irreparably damaged after removing Cyber Link software - HELP!

Help,

My Alienware started to lose connection to my mouse after new Windows 10 update. I took it to computer shop and they thought problem was with Cyber Link software (for media, bundle ware software) and deinstalled it, but now computer shop says my operating
system is now irreparably damaged and they need to reinstall it from scratch.

Is this correct? Can removing Cyber Link have such an effect on the operating system?

I'm going to lose all installed software, so it will cost a lot of money to get back to square one.

Cyber Link Media Player

My Cyber Link Media Player was not working right with any DVD that I tried. It would open and start for 3 seconds and then just stop and give me no options to fix anything other than to just stop. So I uninstalled it with the hope that re-installing it
would help but it wont install and I cant figure out what to do. My computer isn't installing any other DVD player that I try. It always looks like it is and even says its downloading and installing user data but then goes back giving me the option to install.
I just want a good media player! Help.

If not, I suggest you to login with admin account and check if you can uninstall this app from here.

The issue may also arise due to the security software installed in your system. So, I would suggest you to disable the anti-virus installed on your system and check if the issue persists.
