Windows 10: I want everything in English EXCEPT my keyboard which I want to have Spanish as the default.

I want everything in my computer to be in English EXCEPT my keyboard which I want to have Spanish as the default. I occasionally use the English keyboard so I have it there too like for @ but I don't want the machine to change it to English automatically if it detects that language. I want to control when I toggle it. When the machine changes it causes me lots of delays and problems in my translations as I am trying to translate into Spanish what is in English on the screen and it keeps switching to English si when I look up at what I have written, there are so many mistakes because of the c

E90 English-Spanish firmware

I bought 2 months ago a E90 in Miami which came with english/spanish firmware but right away I complained with the dealer because my E90 has the keyboard in english but the characters as I typed were as I had a spanish keyboard and led to confusion even
if I set the language to english.

He replaced the firmware again with the only another he got which used the keyboard as it came but had English, Philipino and Indonesian languages !!!!!!

I need to know which firmware has english as the default language but also spanish and when I switch it to spanish, it will keep the stock english keyboard.

English dictionary on the Spanish keyboard

I have been learning Spanish, so I installed the Spanish keyboard on my computer but quickly realized that it has the English dictionary and puts red lines under all of my words. Does anyone know how to fix this?

 

Spanish keyboard, everything else is English (US/Canadian)

Somehow I managed (and cannot figure out how) to change my keyboard to spanish layout (espace instead of spacebar, it corrects everything with accents and strange spanish spellings). The confusing part is that my keyboard settings are for english or french
(I haven't downloaded the spanish keyboard), and my language+region settings are for English (U.S), Canada, English (Canada) and Canada (English). Anybody have a clue anything else I can try to get back my lovely english keyboard?
