Windows 10: I want my laptop language to be in english but I need my keyboard to just be ESP Mexico.

Right now In my region and language I have it all set up to be in ENGLISH but my keyboard shows 3 different options:ENG UNITED STATES SpanishESP SPAIN SpanishESP MEXICO SpanishI have all those keyboards however I just need the ESP MEXICO one.Please help as it is very annoying that my keyboard keeps on switching how my inputs are set and I constantly have to switch back to ESP MEXICO

seems to be alot of discussion on this. need to change input language for windows 10 on an hp laptop i bought in mexico, when i follow recommended steps it doesnt allow dl of english language pack. please help but not with same steps already reccomended.
ie settings\ date region\ add language\download language pack..... ive done this. region is USA english btw as ias default language. thankyou in advance.

Changing Language of Laptop From Spanish to English?

Hey all i got a question. I'm from the US but outside the Us at the moment in Mexico. My laptop is a dell and its a english laptop bought back in the US. I want to get another laptop but here in Mexico, most laptops are well of course in Spanish. I also believe they have a spanish keyboard?


What i want to know is if i buy a laptop here in Mexico and its in spanish... and it uses windows 10... could i make it into english or not? If so, how would i do it and would i need to buy a windows 10 english version in order to do this? Because i cannot get a laptop from amazon.com shipped here etc.

Before assisting further, I would like to ask you few questions:

  What is the keyboard default language set on your PC?
  
• 
  Since when are you facing this issue?
  

Method 1: I suggest you to
download the keyboard language from the Settings page by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• 
  Press Windows logo key on the keyboard, type
  Settings and select the top most search result.
  
• 
  Select Time & Language from the options shown in the window.
  
• 
  Click on Region & Language from the left side panel, click on
  English language under Added language and click on
  Options.
  
• 
  Check if you have downloaded the Language Pack,
  Speech and Keyboard language from the window. Download the pending language pack and check if the issue is resolved.
  
• 
  If the issue persist, go to Region & language window, select
  English language and click on Set as Default.
  
• 
  Close the page and check if the changes are effective.
  

Method 2: If the issue persist, I suggest you to manually
update the keyboard drivers from device manager by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• 
  Press Windows logo key on the keyboard and select
  Device Manager.
  
• 
  Expand Keyboards option.
  
• 
  Right click on the keyboard driver and select
  Update option.
  
• 
  Follow the on-screen instructions.
  
• 
  After updating, close the window and check if the changes are effective.
