Cancel Windows Mobile Total Access account

Thank you for the responses, I've already unsubscribed from newsletters, the problem is that I can't seem to find any option to change my account status as MaryAliceC mentioned on suggestion #2.

My main reasoning for wanting to close my Windows Mobile Total Access Account is because I want to close this Windows Live account but I'm unable to until I can unsubscribe from "MSN Mobile Browse Communications" subscription which lead me to believe was linked
somehow with Windows Mobile Total Acess.

I just resolved the problem though, even though I'm not being billed for this subscription by calling the billing team at (866) 672-4551 they were able to cancel the subscription for me.

Cancel subscription

I need to cancel a monthly subscription but I can't find it in my subscriptions. I have the order # and I am being charged monthly, how can I cancel this? We have logged in to the accounts and cannot find the subscription listed to cancel it.

Charging my account for a cancelled subscription

Microsoft keeps trying to charge my account for a PC game pass(beta) subscription I cancelled months ago, and today they charged my account again but this time it went through and is pending. I want a refund and for you to stop charging my account for something
i cancelled 4 months ago.

i just tried to cancel it again but it says it cant because the product has already been payed for, please stop charging me and give me a refund.
