Windows 10: I want to cancel my Personal Teams subscription, but cannot sign in anymore to do so.

Hello there.After a whole year of paying and not even using the below personal Teams subscription, I received an email to say it will auto renew on 25th May 2025. Here some general steps to cancel a subscription on your Microsoft account:

1. View this website ->Cancel your Microsoft subscription - Microsoft Support and click the cancel Microsoft 365 or cancel Xbox.
   
2. Go to Services & subscriptions and sign in with the Microsoft account you used to purchase your subscription.
   
3. Find your subscription and select Manage.
   
4. On the next page, select Cancel (or it might say Upgrade or Cancel, depending on your subscription type).
   
5. Scroll through and follow the instructions on the page to proceed with cancellation.
   

• Or you could contact the online staff to Contact - Microsoft Support
  
• Type your issues like Cancel my subscription > Get help
  
• Click the contact support below and select the category of Other Product and Cancel my subscription
  
• Now you will get a new windows of Chat with a support agent in your web browser
