I want to change My SSD 2.0 Hard Drive of My Drive C to SSD 2.0 256GB, So I Need to reinstall windows 10 Pro OEM on my new SSD 2.0 256GB.

Will reinstalling Windows 10 Pro OEM on New SSD 2.0 256GB being lost License when changing SSD 2.0 of my drive C: ?

And What should I do on my old SSD 2.0 128GB because it contains License of Windows 10 Pro OEM ?

    :)

2 SSD drives in RAID 0 vs 2 Velociraptors in RAID 0

I'm planning on going RAID 0 soon, and i'm curious to know whether 2 OCZ SSD drives in RAID 0 will outperform 2 Velociraptors in RAID 0.

I'm thinking of getting these 64GB drives:

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227344

That's $239 after MIR (i think that qualifies as a hot deal, dont you think?), Velociraptors are $289 each right now, so SSDs will cost me a little less. I dont need a lot of GBs, 128GB from 2 OCZ boot drives is enough for me, no sense in getting 600GB that 2 Velociraptors will give me. So which ones will give better performance? I havent seen any benchies yet.

Hard Drives (in Raid 0) showing as SSD in Optimize Drives, so can't defrag

I have a single SSD, boot with Windows / Programs etc, and two 1Tb Hard Drives in Raid 0 (with good backup schedule!) containing data. The SSD is visible as an SSD in the "Optimize Drives" dialog, but the Raid Array (divided into two partitions) are showing
as two SSD drives. Hence, the optimize option to Analyse for defrag is greyed out.

All drivers are up to date. Upgraded to the latest Win8.1 Intel RST driver, but this didn't help.

Any help on changing their status would be gratefully received.

Is it possible to rename SSD C: drive to something else

I installed windows 10 pro on the SSD m.2 drive. Then I added a 2nd SSD drive via the sata port.

C: 256GB SSD m.2 (2 partitions, including BOOT and RECOVERY)

C: 500GB SSD sata (not formatted)

Because they are both showing as drive C, I can't access the 500GB drive to format it.

I have disconnected the 500GB drive and re-booted the system. only the 256GB drive shows in C, but when I reconnect the other drive, it is assigned the letter C for a dive letter.

Other info: I'm using an Asrock X370 Taichi motherboard with the lasted bios (3.20).

Windows also sees the drive as a device under drives, but disc management only sees it as part of drive C (location: hardware properties )
