Windows 10: I want to change the owner on a WIndows 10 machine

I have a Win10 laptop and want to remove one user original setup as admin with an outlook.com ID and add replace with another user also an outlook.com ID. The new ID is part of another "family" group that I purchased an O365 subscription and want to install the apps on this laptop so this new user can use this laptop with the apps. How do I do that?

You could use the command from step 4 in OPTION THREE to change the owner of the directory and contents.

Can't write to shares on a Windows 10 machine from a Windows 7 machine

I still get "You need permission to perform this action" from the Windows 7 machines if I try to write to a Windows 10 share after I made the above changes on the Windows 10 machine.
