Windows 10: I want to change the quick settings menu but I don't have the pencil icon

I have in my quick settings a lot of things I don't need and when I tried to look for tutorials I noticed I don't have the pencil icon to change the menuI have Windows 11 Pro 24H2 if it helps

Adding Ethernet Settings to the Quick Access menu

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

To customize the Quick Access toolbar in Windows 11 and add settings that are not readily available on the list, you can follow these steps:

1. Open the Quick Settings menu. You can do this either by using the Windows + A key combination or by clicking on the WiFi or volume icon on the taskbar.
   
2. In the Quick Settings panel, click on the pencil icon (Edit quick settings button). This will allow you to see editing options.
   
3. Click on the "Add" button to add new functions to your Quick Settings. This will show you multiple options such as Project, Mobile hotspot, Cast, Nearby sharing, Night light, Keyboard layout, etc. You can select the features you want to add.
   
4. To remove a feature, click on the unpin option at the top of each feature.
   
5. You can also change the order of options in the Quick Settings panel by dragging a feature on the editing panel and dropping it where you want to place it.
   
6. After customizing, press the "Done" button to save your changes.
