Windows 10: I want to change the Skype accout name and attach another Skype phone number on Laptop...

On my laptop I whant to change my Skype account name and I want to select another phone associated to Skype account.

As this is a now quite established messenger system of sorts perhaps a Skype feature for people skype names so perhaps some real time problem solving/discussions could be mounted?
Just a wee suggestion.

Netgear introduces Skype based phone

LAS VEGAS — January 4, 2006 — NETGEAR®, Inc. An October report from Jupiter Research forecasts that by 2010, 20.4 million U.S. households will subscribe to some form of Internet-based broadband phone service, while In-Stat holds that widespread adoption of Internet calling in both the business and consumer markets depends on the availability of compatible wireless handsets (August 2005 report).

The NETGEAR device will combine the best of Internet calling and wireless. The NETGEAR phone is pre-loaded with Skype’s software, ready out-of-the-box to use with a wireless network. All a user needs to do after turning on the phone is enter a Skype username and password. The Skype software pulls up the user’s full contact list, displays the connection status on the phone screen, and allows the consumer to connect to any other Skype user for free. The phone will also allow users to connect to non-Skype users with the SkypeOut™ feature. More information on NETGEAR’s Skype WiFi phone, including pricing and availability, is planned for the first quarter of 2006.

Skype Rejects multiple phone numbers

I have no assets, no bank accounts, no credit cards. I'm on Medicaid and none of these things are permitted. I'm severely disabled with poor eyesight. My computer screwed up the keyboard when I tried the restart. By the time I figured it out I had used up all my login trials. I've been trying to do a restore and keep on running into bizarre obstructions. Currently, it seems that Microsoft wants me to be an active skype user. I have no interests in using skype for phone. The restore process requires both a Skype name and a phone number. It doesn't accept my phone number and also does not accept my Skype name. In spite of being an octogenarian and my physical difficulties i'm still doing research and publishing. Unfortunately, all of my work is on the machine i'm trying to restore.
