Windows 10: i want to delete my family safety account

i want to delete my family safety account for me and my son because we don't need it anymore , every time i try to leave family group i got a massage that something went wrong "We’re having trouble and can’t remove Maryam from your family group right now. Refresh or wait and try again."i tried several times and this is all i got , screenshot attached please help

Can you confirm if you are out of the Family Safety feature on your parent's account on this
link? If you've confirmed that you're no longer on the list of monitored child accounts, we suggest deleting the Family Safety folder. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows key + E on your keyboard.
• On the address bar, type this address C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Parental Controls and press
  Enter.
• Delete all contents of the Parental Controls folder.
• Restart and see if the issue is resolved.

I suggest you to remove the child account from family safety, re-add it again and check if the issue is resolved. You may follow the steps below for the same.

1. Remove the child via Family Safety website.

a. Sign in to

b. Click on Manage the list of Family members.

c. Check the child account, then click Delete. Click again on
Delete to confirm.
