Windows 10: I want to download a game, everytime I click download though it says its blocked and I need...

I want to download and do anything I really want on here. I do not enjoy being restricted, it also has me on limited screen time when no one is in my family.

"Blocked by Administrator" When downloading old games

I've been trying to download a couple of The Sims 2's on my computer for a week now but everytime i click on 'AutoRun.exe' it says it's "Blocked by administrator". How do i get rid of the administrator restrictions and download the game?

Install game in Compatibility mode

I would suggest you to install the game I compatibility mode and check: Follow these steps:

• 
  Download the driver from the manufacturer’s website.
  
• 
  Right-click on the driver setup file and click on
  ‘properties’.
  
• 
  Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box
  ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 10 from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists
