Windows 10: I want to download a game in the MyGames file, but it automatically goes into the program...

my mom doesnt mind me getting games and all, until it asks for the admin password, she hates having to come to the computer to put the password in for some odd reason, i have to literally beg for hours on end to get something and im tired of doing that, i want to get guild wars 2 which is free to play, but it needs admin password, she told me shes never putting the password in again so dont even ask. so im looking for a way to get around the admin password. i heard as long as i can get the file downloaded into the MyGames folder thats in the C drive, it wont ask me for admin password, but i dont know how to do that, when i click the download button, it starts downloading but shortly after will ask for the admin password. is there a way i can get it to not go into the program files folder? she let me get steam, which was the last thing she said shes willing to give me, and if it asks for the admin password with every game i download, im shit outta luck...well will you guess my luck, thats exactly what it does, i located the steam folder and tried simply switching it from the program (x86) folder to the MyGames folder, but its telling me "this action cant be completed because the folder or file in it is open in another program". im extremely bored and just wanna play a game at this point? is there some way i can maneuver around this. Any help will be appreciated.

Downloading games

Install game in Compatibility mode

I would suggest you to install the game I compatibility mode and check: Follow these steps:

• 
  Download the driver from the manufacturer’s website.
  
• 
  Right-click on the driver setup file and click on
  ‘properties’.
  
• 
  Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box
  ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 10 from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists

• Please specify the game you are having issue with?
• Are you getting any error messages while opening the game?
• Also, did you download the game from windows Store?

For workaround, I would suggest you to follow the below steps and see if the issue can be resolved.

• Type Troubleshooting in the search next to start on the desktop.

Step 1:Download Steam (click on Take a tour of Steam then navigate the popup screen to download the program)

Step 2: Install the program

Step 3: Create a username and password

Step 4: Allow Steam to update itself (it may do so automatically but if not Click on "File" then "Check for Steam Client Update"

Step 5: Got to "Games" then "Activate a product on Steam". Read their instructions and input the Product Code for Dirt 2. This should start the process of downloading the game.
