I can download and uninstall C+++ resdistributable 2013, but nothing after that.So I read an answer of a previous post but it is too difficult for me. I don't now how to do that. I have windows 11. Acer Predator laptop.The Black Dragon viewer will not start and I have been trying to fix it for three days and nothing works.It just stops while logging in.
