Windows 10: I want to download window 11 pro but with 23H2 edition

I need to download windows 11 pro but with older edition 23H2 not with 24H2, while I visit offical Microsoft website to download I did not found option to choose older edition.

Does Microsoft permits/supports any way of bypass restrictions, Windows 11 Pro installation or upgrade...?

Has Windows 11 Pro 22H2 for Workstations version, and wanted to upgrade to the 23H2.

I found a way online, from a guide blog article, and YouTube

But using Windows Pro 11.iso, for upgrade the 11 Pro from 22H2 to 23H2.

How can download the Windows Pro 11 for Workstations.iso, so apply this method of upgrade to 23H2... ?

 

Download error 0x80248007 - 2023-11 Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2

I get Download error 0x80248007 on 2023-11 Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057) This is a new PC and I clicked retry and nothing happens. How to fix? - - - Updated - - - Ok NVM, Fixed I had to install the other updates before installing this one. All works now.
