Windows 10: I want to download windows 11 ok no need for help anymore

Hello i want to download windows 11 :well i had something on the settings before saing that my device can handle windows 11 upgrade now.i did upgrade it but after my uncle "borrowed" my PC for like 2-3 month when i first booted it i saw it was back in windows 10. so i need windows 11 back ;-;but every time i go to Settings > Windows Update i dont see it anymore so.Anyway i can download it?the thing is i wanna update without any of my data on the C: driver get deleted!Okay no need : i found Great news—your PC meets the minimum system requirements for Windows 11. windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter
