Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?

I also tryed safe mode, it still didn`t work on it. and Glucofacts Deluxe STILL does not work, so... you say that you don`t know how it started working on win 10 for you?

 

Video decode errors on Lumia 928 with WP8.1DP?

Thank you for posting to the forum regarding the issue you are having with video playback. This decode error is something we have seen reported by a small number of customers. To this point I have yet to see an concrete solutions. I do have a couple things
for you to try and some questions regarding your experience.

The first thing I would like to suggest you try is a soft reset. Go to settings > storage sense > phone > temporary files > delete > Internet Explorer settings > delete history. Once this is done, press and hold the down volume button plus the power button
until the phone vibrates and reboots. Try watching your videos again. I would suggest you try the videos via both Internet Explorer and via apps for these sites. When viewing via IE, please try viewing the video in both desktop and mobile view.

The next thing I would suggest you do is delete any applications you have installed related to videos. Anything that may be related to video rendering or editing might cause issues with video playback.

If you have an SD card in the phone, please remove this SD card and reboot the phone. Try again without the card in the phone.

Finally, I would suggest you try these videos while connected to various networks. I would suggest at least 2 WiFi networks and your cellular data connection.

As for the questions I have please provide the following details. If anyone else is receiving this error, please provide these details in your response to this thread.

• Make and model of your phone.
• Current OS version on the phone.
• Current firmware revision on the phone.
• Are you able to watch video files on the phone without issue? If you have not tried, please take a video on your phone and play that back. If possible, please download some video to your computer and sync that to your phone and see if you have the same
  error.
• If you have issues with videos stored on the phone, please details what file extension is associated with the video.
