Windows 10: I want to emove the encrytion on all files on my laptop

I had a windows 10 install get corrupted, locked me out of Win10 and I had to install Win10 on a new HD. After a lot of calls to MS and their help, we were not able to move the files from the old HD to the new. By pure luck, I was able to get the old drive to boot once again. But before it crashes again, I want to remove all of the encryption, on all of the files and folders. There is a yellow lock in the upper right corner of the file icon. I did not place encryption on the files internally, I just noticed it there. I see that right clicking the file and unlocking each one fixes it, but I am hoping there is a simple way to do all of them at once.

Then I can move them to the new drive.

Any thoughts on how to do this?
