Windows 10: I want to factory reset Windows 10

I have gotten a used windows 10 pc from somebody but they forgotten the password, and so I am able to get to the factory reset option but theres not enough space to install the new windows ten,So it says I dont have enough space and I need to log in and unistall app or programs to do itis there any alternatives since i cannot log in? trying to factory reset or gain access inside

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
