Windows 10: I want to increase my laptops vram but cant do it. Can someone help me, PLEASE?

I have a Intel mobile express 4 series chipset and it only has 128 mb 192 after using IncreaseFixedSegment and it does not meet the requirements of the game i want to play. After months of trying, i found the directx key in regedit at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\DirectX. I changed the max vram value, changed the dedicated video and system values of each gpu driver and even exported the changed registry keys but it did nothing. Even after doing a restart, it just reverted to the previous value. is there a way to make it permanent? If there is then please tell me because the bios doe

Increase VRAM

i am currently using pc have vram memory is 256 mb ,, my pc have 3gb RAM can i increase the VRAM 256 to 512?? HOW?

 

Increasing dedicated vram

Hi I wanted to increase the vram on my laptop Intel (r) Xe Graphics tried going to the bios to increase didn't see the option tried from registry didn't work either and I have 8gb of ram

 

Will program work with Dedicated vram increase?

Im looking to buy/use Pinnacle Studio with a new laptop that has 128gb vram. I increased the dedicated vram to 1280 gb. I’d like to run Pinnacle Studio on it which requires 256gb of vram. Will i be ok to buy the program and run it? Or will the dedicated
vram loophole not work since the 256 gb vram is a system requirement to use the program?
