I'm really broke so the only laptop I have is my lenovo that my school gave to us. I really want to play games on it, the district doesn't use the laptop inside the school. I was willing if you can help me try to figure out the password from this SvcAdm thing. I've been snooping on how to tell me the password or change it but none of them work they all say access denied I thought maybe you guys can help me please Thanks -Angel

Can't log in to my laptop/Microsoft school account

Hi,

So for some odd reason I lost access to my laptop. The screen got locked after not using it for a while and when I tried to log in with my pin, it wouldn't log me in. I have tried using my normal password but still no luck. I am using my school account,
and after resetting that password I still can't log in. At first it said can't access this account, now it says something about credentials. My next step was to access it via command prompt or do a restore, or even a reset but with all my files but it says
that I need an administrator account. Any tips? Some help would be really appreciated. Ps. I don't have my actual Microsoft account as I am using my school account which is linked to a Microsoft one.

Please try the steps given below and check if the issue persists:

Step 1:

I suggest you to right click on the game and try to run as administrator and check.

Step 2: if that doesn't help I suggest you to install game in compatibility mode and check:

Follow the steps below on how to install game in compatibility mode:

1. Download the game from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

2. Right click on the setup file of the game and select “Properties”.

3. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

4. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.

5. Let the game install and then check the functionality.
