Installing Gopro Quik/Studio

I have updated my Toshiba from Windows 7 Home Edition to W10 HE. On both I have been attempting to install Gopro Quik/Studio and keep getting the error 80070570.

Can anyone please help?

Installing Gopro Quik/Studio

I had this issue, too, and could not figure out what was wrong. I tried all sorts of tips I found on the web about checking the disk for errors, trying to install on a different drive, running the installer with Administrator privileges, running the installer
in compatibility mode, and attempting to fix Windows Update with DISM, but nothing worked. I finally just redownloaded the installer from GoPro's website. This second download of the installer didn't report error 80070570 and Quik is now installed!

 

GoPro Apps on Windows 10 Spectre x360

I own a Spectre x360 with Windows 10. I downloaded both the GoPro apps, "Quik" and "GoPro Studio." When I open these apps everything is fine and I can download my GoPro content, however, when I try to edit the videos or pictures, the apps crash. My computer
meets all the app requirements listed on the GoPro website.
