Windows 10: i want to know if mirosoft is so busy with what ever it there doing why the hell don't...

as I've been running my dell 5414 I7 6600 with 16 G ram and a 2 terabit hd which I brought sadly [pre installed]with win 11! and will gladly [let them know for free] that it runs just fine!. with win 11 up until the latest update!. so why cant they allow it? or dell?. as its tpm1.2 and according to other sites its capable but for the latest update. apparently not!!. anymore. i am currently suffering the windows is missing important updates issue but windows seems to be able to update security updates for some reason?!. plz explain after all. the reason? after, a whole heap of reading to my kn

Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?

I also tryed safe mode, it still didn`t work on it. and Glucofacts Deluxe STILL does not work, so... you say that you don`t know how it started working on win 10 for you?
