    I want to know more and more about "PROGRAM MANAGER" and its' functions, Please !!


    One Blue icon named "PROGRAM MANAGER" appears invariably at the start of my Laptop. I have to wait for considerable time for further Operarions and use of my Laptop. Its' settings in the Computer are not known and my sincere request is to let me know more and more about it !

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    what programs or functions use dual core

    Please list any programs or computer functions that use both cores of a dual core cpu. Im trying to figure out if there are any reasons to own one at present. I realize in the future there will be but im wonder about the here and now.

    My search is not functioning

    1. Use the shortcut Ctrl-Shift-Esc to open the Task Manager.
    2. If you see only a handful programs listed by it click on the "more details" link.
    3. Locate "Cortana" under background processes.
    4. Right-click on the process and select "end task" from the context menu.
    The Cortana process is reloaded right away by the operating system.
