Windows 10: I want to know why my monitor goes dark and only displays red, green, and blue colors when...

This only happens when a video is playing like on YouTube otherwise the colors are fine

There is no red color on the monitor!

As always, I've got a problem with Windows.

Win ver: Windows 8 Build 9600

Downloaded the ISO today from the Microsoft website

Now, my problem is I can't see the red color! There is NO red color!

The computer I'm using is pretty old, but...

It have only VGA, I have two monitors, with one of them everything is fine and working, with the other one there is no red!

I opened the Intel Graphics Control Panel, I tried to change the Red color in RGB settings and nothing happened, but when I changed green or blue it changes instantly...

My graphics driver are up to date (I tried updating them, now I'll try deleting the driver and restarting the computer but I don't think it's gonna work, I'll let you know)

Here it is where I change the colors, when I change the red one NOTHING happen.

Please help... I really don't know what to do.. It's not a cable fault because I tried the same cable for both monitors.

Well it seems that it does have green, red and blue display colors. But that is for different models. Meaning you either get the model with the blue display, the green display or the red. I dont think each one comes with three different display color modes. This place has one in red.

From your description, there is no consistency with the color problems you are encountering . . .

I looked up "color green" and it is blue - that means yellow is missing

I looked up "color purple" and it is red - that means blue is missing

I looked up "color blue" and it is purple - that means too much red

I would suggest, the problem is not your PC that it is a problem with the new monitor, it is either not calibrated correctly or a hardware issue . . .

Is there a menu on that monitor, where you can re-calibrate the color from?

If you connect another monitor to your PC are the colors okay, if so, then it is a problem with the new monitor and you should get a replacement . . .
