Windows 10: I want to Refund a Product i could not use for 3 years

Hello, 3 years ago i purchases Microsoft Flight simulator, since then i was not able to play it because its downloading at very slow speedsi have glasfibre gigabit connection and ihave tried many workaround provided by microsoft support such as tuning tcp levels in cmdrestarting pc moden and routerhowever my connection is fine i can download anything from anywhere at full speed it is only this application, please, i cannot leave my pc on for 1 more year and last time i restarted my pc it showed up that there was an updateplease i cannot play this game for 3 years because of slow download, i wa

Refund for 1 year of tech support

My bank account shows a $134 charge from MSBILL.INFO for a year of tech support I didn't intend. I do not need this support and want a refund. I have completed the steps for cancelling reoccurring billing on this but it appears the support will continue
until about a year from now and I won't be refunded. Please cancel this support immediately and refund the $134 or tell me who I can talk to to get this done.

Microsoft one year plan advised and purchased download replacing Windows will resolve problems. Windows unchanged. Where to get Microsoft refund?

I bought Microsoft Assure one year plan. I was assured by the

Microsoft agent the steps to follow the purchase of the plan

would resolve the problems with system files error As it is all

the problems remain without a fix.

How to get a refund now? What category does Microsoft

There's really not much time to actually play the game in 14 days. Considering the fact majority of distributors practice 14 day refund policy (with playtime threshold), I see no reason why Microsoft would not do that as well. MORE TO IT, to refund a product
you need to uninstall it from your device. That suggest there's a way for Microsoft to check whether the software is on your computer. That, or it's a way of making sure the user complied to refund terms. Either way, there's no way to abuse it, and Microsoft
has no base to disallow game refunds.
