Is there a way to get a refund on my points?


I decided to cancel my gift card and take my points back please?

Microsoft Gift Card

I was using Microsoft rewards, finally got enough points and I redeemed a $30 gift card, but I can't use the gift card for its original purpose because when I had it transferred to my balance it was HK$ and Microsoft rewards don't accept refunds so now
I'm stuck with a $30 gift card that I can't use and no way of regaining the time spent on gaining points

Is there a way where I can buy things in the US Microsoft store but use HK$ as the currency?
