Windows 10: I want to reinstall windows 10 entirely in my dell inspi 15 7559, need help

Hello, I want to reinstall Windows 10 entirely in my Dell Inspiron 15 7559, I want also the BIOS to be reinstalled if possible but I don't know if doing a reinstall of windows 10 would make the Bios go to another version. I want to delete everything from my laptop, everything including BIOS version I have 1.3.1, regedit because it's corrupted and all data to start from 0.


Also I need the Windows 10 KEY of my PC I think? But I don't know how to get it.


What should I do? I'm new with this, I have USB stick because someone told me I need it for that but I'm not sure.


In summary, I want to:


> Reinstall Windows 10 completly

> Bios seems corrupted, so I want to reinstall it too, but I don't know if just by reinstalling Windows 10 will make the Bios good again

> By reinstalling windows, delete al Regedit information

>Clean Reinstall of Windows 10

Dell XPS 15 9550 OS gone/not found, help reinstalling Windows 10?

• Dell hasn't replied all day so there's been no progress and I'm still stuck at wondering how to install Windows 10 via USB drive or if there's another solution.

I don't have a disk drive so the only way to reinstall the OS is via USB drive, which has been unsuccessful because Dell simply said "install Windows 10" and nothing more so I went as far as I could without having everything blow up. My hard drive and everything
else passed the diagnostic test 3 times.

 

Touchpad lagging - Signature Edition Dell Inspiron 15 7559

I'm getting major lagging when using my touchpad on my brand new Dell Inspiron 15 7559 Signature Edition I purchased from the Microsoft Store (online). The lagging almost always happens on the desktop, but not (mostly) on an open window. The lagging is
serious. I can draw circles on the touchpad and it takes 4-5 seconds for the cursor to catch up. Light, medium, heavy pressure all the same.

The Signature Edition is supposed to include the latest drivers and be free of bloatware...but I'll probably need to install Dell's support assistant to run a check.

I am not having luck with settings and have no idea how to proceed. Very frustrated

 

Headset not working in Dell 7559

Its the one having audiojack. It worked perfectly but the issue started a month ago I guess.
