Windows 10: I want to remove my email from my surface tablet, I think it somehow attached to my local...

I need to remove my accounts from a Surface tablet for work. I only want the local administrator account with no password required, like when you first get the product. I have removed all work/school accounts, but there is a persistent email attached to the administrator. I have tried editing it in Netplwiz, and the only user is the administrator with no indication of my email. Things that haven't worked- go to settings > accounts > your info I do not have options to "sign in with local user" or "stop signing into Microsoft apps automatically"- I tried to search all instances of my

To attach a document file on an email, you can follow the step given below:

For Windows 10 Mobile:

• Launch to File Explorer app.
• Press and hold the file that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select Outlook Mail on the suggested applications.

For Windows Phone 8.1:

• Download and install
  Files app.
• Launch Files app.
• Tap and hold the document that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select the Mail app on the suggested applications.

Can't remove email/Microsoft account attached to Local User Account

There's not a "Change to a Local Account instead" option, so I assume it's just that the email was added.

Following the second option you gave, the Email & Accounts page doesn't have a "Remove" option for the email I wanted removed, and the only choice is "Manage". Choosing that option brings me to the account.microsoft.com
page attached to the email. Not sure where to go from there.

Also, prior to posting here I went to the Devices page at account.microsoft.com and removed my PC from the list of devices the account was supposed to be attached to. That didn't work though.

Is it still your User account showing at Settings > Accounts > Your Info? If not whose is showing? You said she replaced your Local Account. Is there an email present there at all? If not it's still a Local Account - is it yours?

If she's added in the list under Email & Accounts, find out where she signed in - Mail, Xbox, Office, etc - and go there to sign her out and sign yourself back in. Then see if you can remove her account from the list. If not does it appear in the Work or School
accounts list at the bottom of that page as you may need to detach it from there before it will delete in the accounts list.

This could be avoided by having set up a Microsoft Account instead of a Local Account where you or others can sign into the individual Apps. I suggest you create a new Admin Microsoft Account at Settings > Accounts > Family & Other People > Other Users, Sign
into it, move your files over, test all apps work from the new account or else reinstall them, then when ready delete your old account (or not).

If any problems, please report back everywhere your and your sisters name and email appear in the Account settings and how you think she got into the EMail and Accounts list. She must remember what apps she signed into.
