Windows 10: I want to resize and move the taskbar in windows 11

For my office work I use multiple screens and make great use for the flexibility of the taskbar in Windows 10 and before. Resizing, moving it to different locations. This is essential to keep an eye on the applications and see the filenames that are open. In Windows 11 this feature is gone. When will it come back? For me its essential to have this functionality to minimize use of the mouse and go directly to the correct screen. I already read why its gone, I just want it back as soon as possible.

Please follow the below steps and check if it helps:

• Right click on taskbar.
• click on properties.
• uncheck--use small taskbar buttons.
• uncheck--lock the taskbar.
• try to place the mouse pointer and then resize the taskbar.

Doesn't work on an hp stream tablet which doesn't have a mouse only touch screen. Mine is doing same thing. All updates applied and I cannot resize the taskbar on my hp stream 8 tablet. It was fine and now its double height of what it was.
