Windows 10: I want to run an R application using Intel R UHD Graphic GPU

Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630 failing tests on Dell Full Hardware Test

My Dell XPS 15 9570 was having a bunch of trouble trying to run video games right after a full reset. (the reset itself had its own issues) I tried to run Warzone at the lowest possible settings and was bouncing between 2 fps and at most 30. I have spent
a number of hours updating everything I can and running every scan possible. I just took the full Dell hardware test and and found everything was fine except for Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630. Here are the results under that section of testing.

I don't know what is making my computer so slow but this is the only thing I could find that might be an answer. I don't know how to fix this though and would really appreciate some help!

My computers specs are:

i7-8750H

16gb ram

GTX 1050ti

Win 10 Pro

512gb

BIOS version 1.15.0

 

Power Saving Gpu and High Performance gpu are same (Showing Intel r HD graphics in Both)

have 2 Gpus Intel r HD graphics and Nvidia 310m but there it is showing only Intel r Hd graphics in both power saving and high performance gpu. I have added those application I want to run in nvidia control
panel to use nvidia gpu but when i open them it still lag and i dont think it is using nvidia's Gpu, I decided to search the internet and found nothing but graphics setting to choose a gpu for an application to run but there it is showing Intel r hd Graphics
in both. Can anyone fix it ?? My PC Specs

1. Processor- Intel i3 m370
2. Integrated Gpu (Intel)- Intel r HD Graphics
3. Nvidia Gpu- Nvidia 310m
4. OS- Windows 10 1909 Pro x64
5. Ram- 4 GB

intel(r) uhd graphics card 620 43 error

So of course windows had to do another update and now I have "intel(r) uhd graphics card 620 43 error" this problem. I was running games like Overwatch and League just fine but since the update I get terrible FPS and my games are unplayable. I have tried
troubleshooting and it says we have no solution for you. How is that possible there is obviously an error and needs to be fixed.

I need a solution please because this "gaming laptop" can't play any games.
