Windows 10: I want to separate 2 Office 2016 Home & Business licenses that are under the same e-mail /...

I have 2 different Office Home & Business 2016 licenses that are registrated under the same e-mail address / account.I would like to separate them and then connect a new e-mail address to one of them. Is it possible to do that and how could I do it?Thank you for any help :

Office 365 or Office 2016

Under info for the new office listing on My Visual Studio it states.

Office Professional Plus 2016 (x86 and x64) - (Multiple Languages)
To obtain the product, follow these steps:

Step 2: Go to the Office website by clicking the ‘Get it now’ button.

I'm thinking option one is going to be my only option. I'm fine with that as long as I can get Outlook to work with my ISP's pop3 e-mail. Last time I tried that with the new 2016 install I could not get it to work, no way no how. All the same settings that work with the ISO install?

EDIT: I should mention, for me as far as I know, neither of these options are a subscription. They use two different keys but they are perpetual one time activation licenses. I only ran the new download briefly though, as I could not get outlook to work. I bailed and went back to what works.

 

contacts - separate personal and business

Since Windows 7 appears to not syncronize multiple contacts folders, does Microsoft intend on some different strategy for maintaining a separation between personal and business information (e-mails, contacts, calendars) within Outlook?

 

Office 365 or Office 2016

I don't know if this is related but Microsoft changed how they want me to install and activate Office 2016 Pro. If I check my Product Codes for Office 2016 Pro on My Visual Studio subscription (MSDN) my original keys are marked "Discontinued". The download link for those keys gets me an ISO to use to do the install. Those product codes still work with that ISO though.
I also have a new set of Product codes for Office 2016 Pro, The download link for those keys takes me here, Office A web install. As far as I know though, its not office 365. There are some differences though. The Outlook setup was bit different and I could not for the life of me get it to work with my ISP's pop e-mail. Also, that new product code I used is now tied to my Microsoft Account. If I click the Get Office App it lists that product code as single license. I just click it to use it, and don't have to manually enter it.
