Windows 10: I want to separate 2 Office 2016 licenses that are under the same e-mail / account

I have 2 different Office 2016 licenses that are registrated under the same e-mail address / account.I would like to separate them and then connect a new e-mail address to one of them. Is it possible to do that and how could I do it?Thank you for any help :

Under info for the new office listing on My Visual Studio it states.

I'm thinking option one is going to be my only option. I'm fine with that as long as I can get Outlook to work with my ISP's pop3 e-mail. Last time I tried that with the new 2016 install I could not get it to work, no way no how. All the same settings that work with the ISO install?

EDIT: I should mention, for me as far as I know, neither of these options are a subscription. They use two different keys but they are perpetual one time activation licenses. I only ran the new download briefly though, as I could not get outlook to work. I bailed and went back to what works.

 

Rearranging the Order of E-Mail Accounts


I have six e-mail accounts established in my Windows 10 Mail. It appears the accounts are listed in the order they were created. However, I just had to add another e-mail account and it is at the bottom of the list. Is there any way to rearrange the list? In Windows 8.1 you could move the accounts up and down in the order that you wanted them listed. The procedure used in Windows 8.1 does not work in Windows 10.

 

Configuring additional Contacts accounts in Outlook 2016 on Windows 10 Pro

In Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 Pro, I can add a Contacts Folder?/Address Book? by undertaking the following steps:

1. Go to Start->Control Panel->Mail(32-bit)
   
2. Select 'Show Profiles...' and double-click the correct profile for my system
   
3. Select 'E-mail Accounts...'
   
4. Under the 'E-mail' tab, select 'New...'
   
5. Make sure that 'E-mail Account' is selected and hit 'Next >'
   
6. Fill in the name, email address, and password for the given account and hit 'Next >'.
   

Unfortunately, I have no idea how to configure the same profile in Outlook 2016 on Windows 10 Pro.

Any thoughts?
