How do I speak with a Microsoft representative?

I have an issue that requires speaking with a Microsoft representative. However, when I call the customer service number, it ONLY directs me to go online for support. When I go to find support online, I cannot find anywhere to contact a Microsoft representative. The only recourse looks like typing into the search bar on the support page and no matter what I put there, including "speak with a representative", it ONLY points me towards other question threads like this one.

 

How do I speak with a Microsoft representative?

To clarify, I know these methods of contacting a representative DID exist, as I have done so in the past. However, these methods no longer look to exist. There is NO WAY there isn't a path to speak with a representative, however, and I am asking for that path here.
