If your previous support person is on break or temporarily unavailable, your case will be transferred to another available support person who will review your previous case history and continue to support you accordingly.

I have managed to contact online support twice, and both times the tech worked on the problem for 1-hour plus then disappeared. I.e., it's not an easy problem to fix on my computer (which is under warranty). Now, I am unable to contact Microsoft support, i.e. I've tried but nothing gets me there ...

Thanks for your reply ...... but ...... of course I have tried to contact Microsoft support*, but that's the problem, I cannot do it. That is, I don't remember how I was able to contact them before, I was at the height of frustration trying to get help and somehow a link magically appeared, and that happened twice, but I haven't been able to do it since !!!

*in both instances when I did contact them they took control of my computer and worked for an hour or more, and then disappeared !!! I checked my old emails and the case #s were 7032781284 and 7032867621
