Windows 10: I want to turn off the entirety of Windows Defender and Update System

Both of the embedded systems refuse to turn off, keep updating despite me pressing each and every checkbox I could find and keep eating off from my memory and network bandwidth. I do not need neither Antimalware system, not Firewall, I need no updates nor I need OS to decide which files I can open and which not and I do not need OS to decide when to reboot my PC. I would really appreciate an option to turn off all unnecessary services and an ability to uninstall such apps as an Xbox Game Bar which I will never need, Windows Store which I will never open etc.

How can I achieve that? Thanks in advance

P.S. Forcefully opening Skype which I am fairly certain I have deleted prior with a pre-created account connected to my e-mail after registering a Microsoft account is borderline malware behavior.

• What OS are you running?
• Are you also using 3rd-party security program? If so, please consider disabling it, as some could turn off Windows Defender automatically.
