I want to upgrade from Windows 10 to 11. The PC Healthcheck says that my PC doesn't meet the basic requirements, but my investigation seems to show that it does. How can I take this forward?

I had had a look around but couldn't find any that matched that there was a disagreement between Windows Update and MS PC Healthcheck.

Overnight the Windows Update screen has now agreed with the PC health check application that the PC is Windows 11 ready - so not sure what changed.

But all set.

 

Windows 10 Update says my PC meets all system requirements for Windows 11. Upon install it says This PC cannot run Windows 11.

I have PC with MSI Z370 Pro Gaming Motherboard. I updated to the latest Windows 11 supported bios. I ran the system checker for Windows 11 and it says I meet all the requirements for Windows 11. Windows 10 update says My PC meets all requirements for Windows 11. When I try to install Windows 11 from USB it says this PC cannot run Windows 11.
