Windows 10: i want to upgrade to tiny11 but i got Error Code: 0x8030002F

Discus and support i want to upgrade to tiny11 but i got Error Code: 0x8030002F in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; so i already to use "chkdsk /r" and after that i use "sfc /scannow " but doesnt work and why? and is there way to bypass it?...     i want to upgrade to tiny11 but i got Error Code: 0x8030002F


    so i already to use "chkdsk /r" and after that i use "sfc /scannow " but doesnt work and why? and is there way to bypass it?
