The minimum requirements for Windows 11 is at least 8th Gen processors. The processor you are using which is Intel Pentium 4415U is not included in the list of supported processors.

You can stay in Windows 10 it is still supported until year 2025, by that time you will have a new computer already.

However if you want to update your device to Windows 11, you can reach out to your manufacturer and have them check what is the compatible processor for your device for processor replacement to update to Windows 11.
