Windows 10: i want to upload my app on my desktop but i cant

well, i want to put my app on my desktop, i went throuh all of the processes like pinning it but still it doesnt work,i tried dragging it to the desktop but it refuses to leave the taskbar to the desktop. so pls help me else i will rather cionsider apple instead of hp...i am stressed now.

• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

As an initial recommendation, we suggest following these steps as a workaround:

• Right-click on any empty part of the desktop.
• Click New > Shortcut.
  
• Navigate to the folder location of the app you want and select it.
• Click OK.

How to pin app shortcut to desk top?

Step 1: I suggest you to perform the below steps to add the apps on desktop.

• Click on the “Start button” and locate the App that you want to pin to Desktop.
• Right click on the “App” and click on “More options”.
• Then click on “Open File location” and right click on the app, click on “Send to” option.
• Then select “Desktop (Create shortcut)”.
• Go to “Desktop” and check whether the app is located or not.

Or Step 2: To add shortcuts to the desktop

• Press and hold or right-click the desktop, tap or click New, and then tap or click Shortcut.
• Enter the location of the item or tap or click Browse to find the item in File Explorer.

TPU Image Hosting APP!!!

I think I might be missing something crucial here, but is there already a TPU screenshot app that we can use while gaming? I would love a program that does this:

• runs in background while gaming
• allows us to make hotkeys like ctrl+pause/break
• queues uploads (so we're not uploading 20 pics at once *Stick Out Tongue )
• uploads to www.techpowerup.org and saves the addresses of uploaded pics into notepad file
• allows us to change the output names/types of files

But I'm talking about desktop, not mobile. Great I should have read the whole thread *Laugh :laugh:
