Windows 10: I want to use OneDrive only on demand and only for certain files.

Discus and support I want to use OneDrive only on demand and only for certain files. in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; I have a small handful of files that I store in OneDrive for access from multiple devices.     I want to use OneDrive only on demand and only for certain files.


    I have a small handful of files that I store in OneDrive for access from multiple devices. I need to be able to access those files from my computer. But I do not want everything on my computer backed up to OneDrive.


    I don't want to disable OneDrive completely because I do use it frequently. But every time I open it up, it starts uploading the files stored locally on my computer.


    On my old computer, I could open the OneDrive app and just access my files without it trying to back up everything on my computer. How do I do that on my new one?
