Windows 10: i want window for gaming

hey i am new gamer i want to know about k if i can purchase window key then what should i cost for lifetime or a yearly plan to play a game for newer change my pc setting change every time when i open my pc. i just want to know if i purchase a window key is necessary i hv to buy some other app access or chargable for a year or i can use gaming life time for free

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
