Windows 10: I wanted to delete a Microsoft organization account, but it deleted the personal account.

i wanted to delete a Microsoft organization account, but it deleted the personal account. They were on the same email address. How can I bring it back? Now if I sign in wit personal or organizational account both goes to the wrong one. I am desperate. :

Deleting User Accounts

If you can access the admin account through safe mode then all you have to do to remove the other account passwords is go into User Accounts in the control panel and either delete the accounts or, I'm not sure, remove the account passwords.
