I was attempting to add a new device to my 365 account and inadvertently locked my computer. I do not have an administrative login id or password

Office 365 Outlook email accounts

The reason I am asking these questions are that two individuals are buying two new laptops and would like to share one Microsoft Office 365 Personal.
A has a subscription to Microsoft Office 365 Personal already and wants to share the same account with B.
I have installed Microsoft Office 365 Personal in a second pc B and when launching Outlook all my email accounts from A were loaded. So, I cannot figure out how to install Microsoft Office 365 Personal in a second pc so that my email accounts A are not loaded.
This raises more questions for me.

1. So this
   • User A installs and activates O365 on User B's laptop
   • User B adds his / her email accounts to Outlook
   would not apply to Microsoft Office 365 Personal as it breaches the licence agreement?
2. Am I correct?
3. If it does apply how can I install Microsoft Office 365 Personal in a second pc so that my email accounts A are not loaded, and I can only add B email account on the second pc?
4. Would B be able to access A OneDrive?
5. Or would B have a separate 1TB free space in One drive, or only the free 5GB or none at all?
6. And most importantly is this even legal or in breach of contract as Microsoft Office 365 Personal is for one user only?

 

My new device is showing under "Devices" but my old device is showing when I attempt to reinstall Office 365

My ACER laptop - on which Office 365 was loaded recently - was stolen in Dec'19.

I now have a LENOVO, on which I would like to reinstall Office 365 but...

- My new device is showing under "Devices"

- but my old device is showing up when I attempt to reinstall Office 365

Please assist ASAP

Device locked from Microsoft Account.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing with your Windows 10 device. To help you safely log in to your administrator account and avoid any potential data loss, I would suggest trying the following steps:

> Restart your device and boot into Safe Mode by pressing F8 or Shift + F8 during the startup process. This will start your device with a minimal set of drivers and services, allowing you to access your administrator account.

> Once you have accessed your administrator account in Safe Mode, you can then try to unlock your device from your Microsoft account. To do this, go to the Settings app > Accounts > Your Info > Sign in with a Microsoft account instead. You should then be prompted to enter your Microsoft account credentials and unlock your device.

> If the above steps do not work, you may need to consider using a password reset disk or performing a system restore.
