On March 9th, I paid Microsoft $69.99 for my storage, as in an email you stated that my cloud was full and I needed to get more storage or I would lose my documents and pictures. I paid on my credit card, and then found out that I do not use Microsoft storage. I want to get my credit card account credited back, and I need to make sure that I am not billed again next year. How can you help me with this issue?

    :)

  2. Open with - Microsoft WinRT Storage API

    Hi Mike,

    Thanks.

Can you confirm you tried the following steps before running the DISM command?

    • Right-click on a JPG file and choose Properties.
    • Click "Change"
    • Select "Microsoft WinRT Storage API" from the list.
If so, the association didn't take effect. We'll have to try a different approach.

Amazon Drops Unlimited Cloud Storage for Individuals

No contest really - $60 for 1TB, $69 for MS Office + 1 TB for one user, or $99 for MS Office for 5 users and 1 T each as you say. Even the one user plan equates to MS Office for $9.
