Windows 10: I was charged for a gift card twice that I didn't order

I do get a method of payment option, but it does not list my Microsoft account. There is also a place for debit/credit/gift card payments, but my gift card number does not match the spaces needed.

Any other suggestions?

 

an unanswerd question about winphone store gift

i have already asked this question but i didn`t get my answer
as i understand the only method to buy stuff from winphone store is visa card or master card or america express
ok, but what is the other methods to buy stuff from countries wich doesn`t support this cards?
i saw a gift cards but they haven`t released yet. can we charge our account like iTunes account?
