    I was charged for two purchases I made but I did not receive the items.


    On Friday January 12, 2024, I purchased red rubies and a value pack from a game that I am playing called Hidden City. I was told that the transaction could not be processed, and I would not be charged for the transactions. Yet when I checked my bank account the following day there were charges for $5.42 and 5.42. It's very obvious that I was charged. I would like to get my money back. Who do I contact specifically.

    I received a charge to my CC account recently for $21.24 to MS. The description says “One Month”. How can I double check if this is a legitimate charge? I don’s see any items listed as purchases or subscriptions when i log in.

    EVGA GTX 2xx series Reinbursement Service

    XFX started it and Evga is doing the same. Evga is starting its own reinbursement program for those who bought the Evga 2xx series when they first came out. All you have to do is follow a few steps.

    The only thing this doesn't cover is the Step-up program. I'm fine with that because I got the price cut anyway. I just hope to get the card by this weekend if not early next week. I have a itch to bench. *Rockout :rockout:

    Toshiba Laptop Not Holding Battery Charge  

    attached is a pic of the internal of the laptop there does NOT appear to be a CMOS battery what should my next steps be? - fully charge existing battery and see if i remove it and install back teh next day whether its still fully charged? - charge the battery for 18 hours to charge the internal CMOS battery? - suggestions please as Im not sure
